    DIRECTOR & HEAD COACH

    “JR” Cadot is a highly respected basketball coach and former international professional athlete whose coaching impact has elevated programs at the highest levels of high school and post-grad basketball. As the current Director & Head Coach of the North Carolina Elite Post-Grad Program, Cadot brings a standard of excellence built from years of global playing experience, elite-level competition, and proven player development success.

    Cadot built his reputation as one of the top guards to emerge from the Bahamas, earning MVP honors as a national high school champion before advancing to collegiate and professional levels. He became an NJCAA All-American at Sheridan College and later accepted a full Division I scholarship to Texas Christian University (TCU).

    At TCU he:

    • Started 39 consecutive games

    • Earned All–Mountain West Third Team honors

    • Ranked #2 in TCU history in career field-goal percentage (56.6%)

    • Led the Horned Frogs in rebounds, steals, free throws, and free-throw attempts

    PLAYING CAREER & DIVISION I HIGHLIGHTS

    Following college, he received NBA pre-draft workout invitations from the Chicago Bulls and Houston Rockets before competing professionally in Spain, New Zealand, Iceland, Slovakia, Asia, and NBL Canada. He is a former member of the Bahamas Men’s National Team and competed in the FIBA World Cup Qualifiers. During his international career, Cadot also earned MVP honors in the European League, strengthening his legacy as a dynamic and elite playmaker.

    COACHING SUCCESS & PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

    Cadot has established himself as an impactful teacher of the game. Most notably, he served on staff in the EYBL Scholastic League at Sunrise Christian Academy, helping elevate the program from #25 to #12 nationally (ESPN rankings) while contributing to a top-4 league finish. His coaching blends high-level skill development, athletic performance integration, and strong mentorship grounded in discipline and character.

    Through his leadership at the EYBL Scholastic level and other elite basketball programs, JR Cadot has trained and developed numerous athletes who advanced to NCAA Division I basketball. His coaching emphasizes skill development, basketball IQ, work ethic, and leadership, preparing players to succeed at the highest collegiate levels.

  • RYAN GOODSON

    PLAYER DEVELOPMENT COACH

    Ryan Goodson is a world-renowned basketball skill-development specialist, athletic trainer, and author with over a decade of experience developing elite-level basketball talent. His expertise encompasses player development, shooting mechanics, ball handling, footwork, and overall athletic performance. Ryan has conducted basketball camps, and clinics in 30 states and 8 countries, impacting thousands of athletes at every level, from youth and high school players to professional and NBA athletes.

    NBA EXPERIENCE & ELITE COLLABORATIONS

    Ryan has worked closely with some of the NBA’s top stars, including Stephen Curry, Trae Young, Anthony Edwards, Zach LaVine. Mac McClung, Kris Middleton, and Seth Curry. He co-directed the Stephen Curry Skills Academy, delivering elite-level instruction while working along side Curry himself. Ryan also served as the basketball coordinator for a national Sprite commercial, training NBA athletes Trae and Anthony Edwards to ensure peak performance and precise skill execution on camera.

    Ryan’s approach combines cutting-edge training techniques, personalized skill development, and holistic performance strategies to help athletes maximize their potential while minimizing injury risk. At the North Carolina Premier Post-Grad Program, he brings this world-class expertise directly to athletes through individualized skill sessions, team development strategies, recovery guidance, and strength and agility programming. His mission is to ensure each player leaves the program technically, physically, and mentally prepared for college-level basketball and beyond.
