Our Mission
The North Carolina Elite-Post Grad Program exists to develop high-character student athletes who excel spiritually, academically, and athletically. Through elite player development, intentional mentorship, academic preparation, and a structured environment rooted in discipline and accountability, we provide a transformative bridge year that prepares young men for the demands of college basketball and the responsibilities of adult life.
Our mission is to equip every athlete to succeed at the next level-on the court, in the classroom, and in their daily walk of life.
