NC ELITE BASKETBALL EXPERIENCE
The NC Elite Post-Grad Experience is a structured, intentional post-graduate year designed for student-athletes seeking continued development, exposure, and preparation for college basketball. Our program serves as a bridge between high school and the collegiate level, providing an environment that mirrors the expectations, accountability, and daily structure of college athletics.
Athletes train daily under the leadership of Head Coach JR Cadot and elite skill development coach Ryan Goodson, combining high-level basketball instruction with professional standards, discipline, and accountability.
College-Level Training Environment
NC Elite Post-Grad is open to male student-athletes ages 17–20 who have completed high school and are seeking an additional year of academic, athletic, and personal development before college. The program is designed to support NCAA eligibility awareness through structured academics and guidance.
ELIGIBILITY
ACADEMICS
Academic development is a key focus at NC Elite Basketball. Athletes can participate in study hall and ACT prep at no additional cost, and may earn college credits through partner schools like Mitchell Community College (tuition not included). Leadership and character development are integrated to prepare athletes for college and life beyond basketball.
Athletes follow a structured daily schedule that reinforces discipline, time management, and professional habits. This structure mirrors the expectations of college programs and supports long-term success on and off the court.
